Baku Chapter is the local home of the GOUP Alliance, a community for the engineers, founders, and open-source builders shaping Azerbaijan's tech scene.

We meet to do two simple things well: help you feel good, and help you grow. Every month brings something useful, whether a talk, a workshop, a demo night, or a casual coffee meet where the real conversations happen.
