What may be visible
Some profile and community information may be visible to other members or public visitors depending on the feature. This can include your name, username, bio, photo, social links, city/group affiliation, event participation, and content you choose to publish.
Private form submissions, admin review notes, and operational logs are not intended to be public.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell member data. We may share information with service providers that help us operate GOUP, such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, and automation tools. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the community, or with your direction.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, support community operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You can ask us to update or remove information where appropriate.
Your choices
You can update your profile information from your account settings where available. You can also choose what optional information you share, such as bio, website, LinkedIn, social links, and profile photo.
To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact the GOUP team through the site or community administrators.
