Join GOUP as a Group Lead # About the Role GOUP is building a global alliance of ambitious builders—founders, engineers, researchers, creators, and community leaders who help each other dream bigger, connect with the right people, and achieve more together. We're looking for volunteer Group Leads to launch and grow GOUP in 100+ cities worldwide. This is an opportunity to build your local network, grow your leadership and distribution skills, and become a recognized face of the tech ecosystem in your city. # What You'll Do - Organize one in-person CoffeeMeet every 3 months. - Bring together local founders, engineers, AI practitioners, researchers, and builders. - Welcome new members and foster meaningful introductions. - Share local opportunities, events, and ecosystem updates. - Represent GOUP's values and culture in your city. - Collaborate with Group Leads from around the world. # Who We're Looking For You don't need to have previous community-building experience. We're looking for people who: - Believe in helping others succeed. - Enjoy connecting great people. - Are proactive and reliable. - Love technology, startups, AI, or open source. - Want to develop leadership and community-building skills. # What You Get 1.
